Your tracking link will automatically direct you to the correct carrier based on your shipment.
⏳ Processing & Delivery Times

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
🚚 If Your Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Haven’t Received It
Please check the following before contacting us:

Your neighbour or household members

Your safe place (porch, shed, garage, back garden, etc.)

Your building reception or concierge
-
A “Sorry We Missed You” card from the courier
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 48 hours of the “delivered” status so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
🧾 Missing or Invalid Tracking Number
If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us and we will resend it immediately.
