Track Your Order

At Ebookkeep, we want to make it easy for you to follow your order every step of the way.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

🔍 How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email inbox for:

    • Order confirmation email

    • Shipping confirmation email (includes the tracking number)

  2. Enter your tracking number on the courier’s official tracking page:

    • Royal Mail

    • Evri (Hermes)

    • DPD UK

    • Yodel

Your tracking link will automatically direct you to the correct carrier based on your shipment.

⏳ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

🚚 If Your Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Haven’t Received It

Please check the following before contacting us:

  • Your neighbour or household members

  • Your safe place (porch, shed, garage, back garden, etc.)

  • Your building reception or concierge

  • A “Sorry We Missed You” card from the courier

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 48 hours of the “delivered” status so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

🧾 Missing or Invalid Tracking Number

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us and we will resend it immediately.
